Our philosophy
Today's athletes are tomorrow's leaders. We here at 703 united youth sports strive to help mold and shape athletes into well rounded boys and girls.we promise to Teach, guide and support. We will Lead by example, and motivate by encouragement.
We also promise to Listen, understand and advise,While Being positive role models and Putting our athletes needs ahead of our own. By doing so, we will set our athletes on the road to productive and successful future.
VOLUNTEER HOURS
To ensure that our cheerleaders, enjoy a wonderful season, Cheer coaches meet on the third Friday of every month for a coaches meeting.
practice hours and days May vary depending on the head coach.
coaches are required to lead their team two or three games each Saturday weather permitting.

What are the age requirements?
- head coach must be 21 yrs of age
- assistant Coaches must be 18 yrs of age
Is this a Paid position? No this is a non for profit organization and all of our staff participate Voluntary.
How long is the season? The spring season is 5 weeks long. The Fall season is approximately 12 - 14 weeks long.
Do I need previous Coaching experience? No, we are willing to train and assist all of our new incoming Coaches.
Are there any additional requirements to be come a coach? Yes! To ensure the safety of all our athletes involved in our program, every coach must complete a background check prior to the season.

High School Cheerleaders must be at least 16 years of age to become a Jr. Coach. volunteer hours will be given.
