Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Travel Tackle Football

Please see the below refund policy for 703 United Youth Sports for Tackle Football: After July 1, 2025: No refunds will be issued. All requests for registration cancellation and refunds must be sent to board@703united.org. Please allow up to 7 business days for a decision and for refund processing.

Red Shirt Football Program

No Cost

703 Cheer Coaches

There is no cost to join the team. Please note that we are a voluntary based youth sports organization.

Fall 2025 Girl's Flag Football

There will be no refunds after August 1.

Flag & 7v7 Player Registration

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after March 15. All refund requests must be submitted in writing.

Flag and 7v7 Team Registration

A 50% refund of the registration fee will be issued for cancellation requests made prior to March 29. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after March 29. All refund requests must be submitted in writing.

Girl's Flag Football

There will be no refunds after March 15.
